Set material thickness and kerf
Fingers protrude by the thickness; every cut line grows by half the kerf so joints press-fit.

Common questions
Joints are loose — what now?
Increase the kerf value by 0.05 mm steps. Measure your machine's real kerf with the Kerf Test Generator first.
Joints are too tight
Reduce the kerf, or sand lightly. Acrylic has almost no give, so aim for an exact kerf.
How many fingers?
The finger size sets the target; the tool rounds to an odd count so both mating edges align.
